I added a bunch of new lat/longs to the database today. So if you've had a hit in the last little while in a new location without a lat/long, check it now as it's probably done now.
In regards to the map link (to MapQuest) being wrong when viewing a bill, that's an issue with MapQuest. I think that they are off by about 8 minutes east, so in the next deployment I will try and put a small hack in there so the location comes up properly.
Regarding the distance problem (ie. Vancouver -> Victoria is currently 1 km), that is a problem with the code I wrote to calculate "Great Circle" distances. I will look at that when I get a chance.
