Location, Location, Location

Quite often if I see a new name or forget where a User is from, I will click on that name so that I can see the User Details for that person to see where he/she is from. Most of the time it states "Not Specified". My own only says "Alberta". I would like it to say, Rocky Mountain House, AB but don't know how to change that. Anyway, I thought it would be nice if everyone had where they are from. It would make it more interesting don't you think? I mean, what would be wrong with putting down where you are from? I guess some people don't want to do that?????

Click on the 'my' tab. Click on 'edit preferences'. Be sure that the box for 'Allow others to see my profile details' is checked. This shows others your city, age and gender.
Unfortunately you can not just show your city. Many years ago when the site was beginning to get popular, dr felt that this data could be a privacy issue.

So if you want to show it, it's all or nothing!
