I think that since a large number of questions come up about collecting bills and such, that I want to have a FAQ for people interested in collecting and such. I am not trying to turn this site into a collecting site, but just want to have some answers to some common questions that pop up on the message board for collections. Could I have a volunteer(s) to write the FAQ? I don't want the page in HTML or anything fancy like that, a simple text or MS Word document would do fine.
