Page not available

I really hate it when I log in to enter some notes and am told "the page you want is not available".

This usually happens between 9 pm and midnite Mountain time. (Like last night, again) This is when I come home from work.

When this happens, I miss a day of entering notes and suffer a penalty on my score. :(

It isn't the site actually being down it is something to do with your internet service.
I have the same problem with SaskTel max.
Perfect example.. I was read you message & went to reply this morning.. 8:00 Am Saskatchewan time..
I don't know if the site is down this morning or not… but I assume not. When I went to reply the Page Not Available page came up.
In the past when the site was not available I asked other people to see if they could open the site.. & almost always is a yes answer.
I think Sasktel Max is really bad for that, cause when I was on AccessComm ( Cable Regina ) I never had any problems. but now I am back with Sasktel I have the same problem again.

On the other hand, I have SaskTel Max, also in Regina, and have had it in Saskatoon, and have never had a problem with the internet service that wasn't actually a problem with my computer. Usually the problems would occur if I had left the computer on all night downloading from a P2P, and then tried to access the site. It seems just the buffer wonky.

We have TELUS high-speed here. I sometimes had the problem back when we still lived in Regina (sigh) and went through Cable Regina, but not as bad as here.

I have tried rebooting my computer & it still wouldn't work, even though other internet stes would work.
When I had AccessComm, the site never seemed to go down.
I was told by Sasktel sometimes a connection will go down.
I thought with Internet, itis supposed to find another route to get to where it needs to, but no luck.

yep I am experiencing a LOT of that problem too, especially the last few days and a tremendous slow down when adding bills - very Frustrating!!!!

Me too when replying to posts and just moving around the site

Seems to me the only site I have been having problems with lately is this one. I can breeze through all my interner sites without any delay, but when I hit this one, S.L.O.W. down is the thing. Frustrating!

dr says it may be a router problem.

Have patience while he looks into it.

Pooga patience to the highly addicted is about five minutes long not five to ten days… now I am not trying to push DR. as I know he has a full plate. But for you to ask that the addicted members be patient is going to be a hard order to fill. That is like asking beer drinkers to be patient while you brew the next batch. Please find the problem DR. we need our fix and we need it often.

I've just updated to Tomcat 5.5 so we'll see if that helps. If not, then it's a router problem which will mean buying a new one most likely.

I had to do a few tweaks this morning so the site was up and down a bit. But that should be it. If you are still experiencing site issues/delays/timeouts then it's not likely the site itself.

so far so good thank you dr. for giving us our daily tracker fix. maybe this week i can go up on the bills entered list. i was shamed by my poor entry limit last week.
