Something wierd just happened

I entered a $10.00 note/bill today October 17th. It does not register as being entered in my view list but when I re-enter the serial number of the $10.00 bill it says I've entered it already. What happened to my entry?

It was a note that had already been entered ,so you gave someone a hit..The easiest way to find out what happened is to try to enter the note again and when it says you have already entered it, click on the serial number and see the results.. Hope this helps..

Thank you BDK. I checked out the serial number like you said. The $10.00 bill says I entered it on October 17th. Go check out my entry list. I have no entry for October 17th. So, why is this happening?

If you check my hits entered, you will see the $10 bill I entered yesterday but it does not register on my entry list or change my daily low score to the higher one. I've never seen this happen before.
How do I/we correct this error?

That is not an error. When you enter a hit it does not count as a new note but it counts on your hits entered only. That is the way it has always been…when you enter a hit is does not count as an entry for that day . You have to enter a note that has never been entered before to ad to your notes entered. Check the next time you have a marked note. Before you enter it check you daily limit. After you enter the marked note your daily limit does not decrease..
