Update prefrences bug

I get the following message when I try to attach a pic to my profile:

ERROR: org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: ERROR: could not convert UTF-8 character 0x00ef to ISO8859-1

Make sure the filename you are uploading doesn't contain any fancy-dancy characters in it.

I figured out the problem. It wasn't the file attachment that was the source of the error. My existing profile which already existed and was not modified contained the said fancy-dancy characters in it. I deleted the profile and was able to upload the picture. Thanks DR.
