I just finished deploying the latest minor release (version 1.5.1). There are only a few new things this time, but I think that they will go a long way to making the system easier to use. The first is that I've broken the list of messages up into pages, which should make it easier to read. If you can't find a "new" message, try sorting by date… the newest ones will pop to the top, I've also added the ability to view a user's bills right from their user profile page. Speaking of profiles, you can now specify a "fake" email address, that will be displayed on pages. This allows you to display your email address but in a format that is not easily picked up by those SPAM web crawler robots that troll for email addresses on web pages. The other cool thing I did was link the location (when you view a bill) to a map on MapQuest. So if you have no idea where Nipawin, Saskachewan is, this may help. One note on that… MapQuest's system seems to be hit and miss in that some of the lat/longs come up correctly, others are off by a few miles or more. Please don't email me about wrong ones unless they seem REALLY wrong (ie. they are in the wrong province).
Wow! For a minor release, that sure was a long message. :) Anyway, as per normal, the complete details of what's new can be found in the help section.
Happy Holidays, and happy tracking!
