I nominated one a few days ago…Sam Steele of the Mounted Police.

This was done in Great Britian last year I believe. Winston Churchill came out on top.

I had a tough time thinking of one. Lots of great Canadians, but not sure if I could rate one above the others. Got it down to 2 right now. Sandford Fleming or C.D. Howe.

I love the tv ads that tell of great canadians…. kinda hard to pick just one when u see what some canadian's have done…. even their inventions… face it we live in a country full of great ones… every mother can thank the doc that created pablem… or the ones that started the undergrounnd railroad for slavery… or with the war hero's that stand up for the rights of the people all around the world… aka D-Day or many others

I nominated Hall Rogers the founder of Kinsmen. Did a lot of work during the second world war and started one of the largest community service groups in canada www.kinclubs.ca
