the $100 that was hit for kayfbee today was a rare one:

it was worth $300 in the AU condition that kayfbee had it in. it was a replacement note… i just recognized it as i was looking at the notes hit today…
Oh, well!
It was at work and I wasn't too concerned about the serial numbers. I guess I should have.
Speaking of replacement notes…
I have a 1988 $100 (Thiessen/Crow) in EF condition, serial number AJX22***59. What is this one worth?
jake, if the back plate number is clear (white space around the number), it is worth FV, if the BPN is "hidden" (no white space), it is worth $175. both quotes for EF condition. if it's the former, i'd say stamp it and send it on its way… it might make the AU and Unc ones more valuable :)
