is it just me.. or are the hit notifications funky lately ?

what i mean is that, i received an email saying i got a hit.. so i come here, and sure enuf, i got a hit.. but when i log in.. it says, that my last hit was around 8 or 9 days ago.. when i got a hit before.. it use to say, THAT day.. or within 24 hours, depending when i logged in.. I figured maybe it was back dated.. but then I got another hit.. (yes 2 hits, yeahhh)… and the front page, changed to 5 days, that i got a hit.. then on my THIRD hit notification, the front page jumped to 9 days… so something is up ? n'est ce pas ? peut-être que non.. je m'excuse… forgive me. lol

yes ive noticed a few odd things similar to that too.. just shrugged my shoulders & said ohhh well..lol

Oh J-Lynn I am hooked up to a Frenchman now so I will have him read the message you have sent and have him translate for me…right now he is busy teaching the basics….how to swear in french….soon after that Archie tells me we will go to lesson 25…tee hee :-)

take a closer look at the hit..The person who gave it to you back darted when they received the bill.. That is why the hit notification says last hit back x number of days…..

I get a lot of those. I'm the type that usually doesn't check the date when I get an email, then get confused when it says my last hit was x number of days ago. Of course, as you mentioned, its backdating by the person. In a way I guess it does sort of give a more accurate timeline.
