Hello, just started using this site and have two questions. 1. when does a persons status change from newbie to something else? 2. How long does one have to wait before entering another bill after quota is reached?

  1. It may take a week or two for your status to change……depending on how many bills you enter and how active you are on the site.
  2. You must wait until the next day. Once your status changes, so will your entry amount!

I thank-you for the answers and the 'welcome', I have another question.
Where does one get a stamp to mark the bills, or do we just mark them be pen/pencil???

You can mark them with a pen or you can get a stamp made at any place like office depot or the like.

if you are active and remain active, you will soon wonder where you can find the bills to fill your quota. I have not filled mine in a year maybe? not sure. there is just no way i have the time to sit and enter more.

Welcome from Regina! You can hand write the URL for now if you wish, but if you get addicted like many of us, having a stamp made up might be a wise investment. Enjoy all the site has to offer, and if you have any questions feel free to check the FAQ section or post in the forums :)
