CMT score VS. User Level

Sorry for asking this question again because you've probably answered it a 1000 times but can someone post the approx. CMT score VS. User level information again? I was looking through all the historic posted messages and could not find it.

I could be wrong but I don't think there is a correlation
I think it is number of bills you enter / week that increases your level.
When I 1st started I entered my max number of bills & my user level went up fast. But as the weeks went on my level went up & I couldn't fill my entry limit My user level advancement slowed down.
I am sure at my level if I was entering 175 bills / day my level would advance quicker again.
I am not even sure when the last time my level did go up.
