Although alot has been said, just a few points I wanted to expand on.
BC, thanks for bringing the ice, we really were expecting it.
Master is back. Love that army hairdo, made the kilt stand out really well! At last we know what a soldier wears under his kilt! (I think that I will be scarred for life!) And hope you had a happy birthday.
Of course we spent an enjoyable evening talking about all the negative aspects of Southern Saskatchewan, except for the Long Creek Golf Course, and Suzuki, who was present to defend himself!
Yes, CJ is still the reigning bocce champ. Not bad for a person who had never played before last June!
The group also decided that redmax1 has to change has handle to "Frosty". Had the entire neighbourhood staring at his truck and 15 adults(us) lined up for service! But I am REALLY disappointed that he ran out of rum for the 'rum & butter" sundae!
CJ and the Mr. (who has finally registered!) had the ultimate geek toy! I am still in awe! Although they wouldn't tell us how much RAM it had, it definitely had storage for 4, or maybe even 5.
And many thanks to BD and Diane for a fabulous party! Set a record with 16 at a Gathering. Just have to remove that big tree on the north end of the yard next time so that the bocce is a bit more challenging!
Next regular gathering is scheduled for September 26. Any volunteers to pick the location this time?
