I'm innocent!
Like what could I do? I don't have access to the code and wouldn't know what to do even if I did!
Although I do have a $3 bill I would like to enter….
a $3 bill?
I've met you, remember? Don't try to profess innocence with me…
Don't try to profess innocence with me..
And just WHO drank dr's gift at the last gathering…
… all the while complaining about the bagpipes!
Snitch!
Hey, I have a 3 dollar bill… It isn't Canadian, but it is a real 3 dollar bill worth money. It's from the Cook Islands.
If were talking about weird money, then I have a 10,000 Rupiah bill from Indonesia. But its only worth 18 cents Cdn.
Seems like every roll of quarters we open lately has some wierd stuff in it: francs, Cuban/Hong Kong/British/Barbadian/whatever. Sometimes we spot it right away, other times I suspect we give it out as quarters.
One time this lady came in and bought something and just threw the money on the counter and left. When we put it away we noticed instead of a quarter, she left a car wash token. Funny part is, she came back later and bought some smokes. I gave her the token back as part of the change and she didn't notice 'till she was in her car- then you should have seen ther dirty look she flashed me. I had a great time.
I had a Franc in a roll of quarters one time. I checked out the value on the net and found it was 23 cents. I bought it - for a quarter, and tried it in a parking meter. The meter thought it was a Toonie! So I came out ahead, as far as I was concerned.
Ya we get alot of things like that where I work. We just usualy throw them out, or leave them for the next shift.
Hey people… don't throw it out!
Save it for me if you got the space and time. I enjoy tracking this stuff down.
how did the subject change from April 1st to rolls of quarters…

Idjit… I LOVED this story! hahahaha!
I find that most MACS stores and other cheap convienient stores usually give out foriegn change.. My friend got 5 Peso coin in place of a 1/4. Another got a Jamaican 100 coin in place of a 1/4… weird stuff.. i haven`t lucked out yet.
