WALLY IF YOU LOOK AT 99.9% OF MY BILLS I DO NOT PUT ANY CONDITION IN AT ALL. I WOULD HAVE TO THINK IT WAS A SLIP OF THE FINGERS IN ENTERING OR ELSE I HAVE MUCH HIGHER STANDARDS THEN THE BC TRACKERS. I DON'T KNOW MAYBE WE SHOULD FLY OUT TO BC FIND THAT BILL AND EXAMINE IT. :-)
