I have resorted to taking my cash on the road and using it myself in more hit friendly towns!

What is the normal time frame to first hit with my level of activity?

It is all luck of the draw.
Being in Lloyd Minster with not many users, 200 bills isn't many. It may be a while.

the more you mark the more chances of a hit! they will come.

We've seen hits come as fast as a few days.
On the other hand, there were a few users who were on for almost a year before their first hit.
From looking at profiles, 6 to 8 weeks seems normal. But once they start, they really start!
Patience helps. It also helps if you entertain yourself with interesting features of the CMT site, or lively discussions on the forums, and try not to focus entirely on getting a hit. A hit will come, and many more after that. But, even users with thousands of bills out, and hundreds of hits, run into dry spells. A lot of it is just luck.
