Daily Visits

dr, explain to me how we can have such wild swings in daily visits. I can understand some fluctuation.

But to go from 110/134 last Wednesday/Thursday to 30/26 this week seems a bit odd.

We actually had 81 people maximum yesterday… but I restarted the web server process last night around 8pm MDT and as such lost that number. But I dunno what causes the fluxuations other than that.

And 230 visits for Saturday, October 9!

I am amazed.

Also, remember that the number is the maximum daily concurrent visitors. So, on Saturday there may have actually been 1000 vistors, but at some point during the day there were 230 visitors on the site at the same time.
