Why do you want to know? Can't you just enter the bill?

Easiest way is to ask dr.

I looked at JaketheDrifter's entries and found this bill. I don't know if it's the bill you're looking for.

Given that GMM asked the question I would assume it was a bill he/she has entered.
with feg1645 there are actually 1000 bills that follow that discription.
I think I have actually entered a feg16
45 as well.

GMM I looked though your bills, as hits and hits given.
I never found a feg1645
I even looked though my hits & hits given.. & never found a feg16
45.
Unfortunately you can only revise certain things in the bill search.
It would be nice to further be able to revise the seaches to certain prefixes & numbers.
This may be more difficult for DR to write into the website though.

Okay, I'm still confused. I looked at my entries, Jake's and Pooga's and found a matching entry in Jake's list. As Lord Comedy said, there are a thousand possible bills that match that serial number. I checked Give Me Money's entries and hit entries and didn't find a matching serial number.

How do you know that someone already entered it? If you enter the bill it will give a hit to whoever entered it first.

(What do we call those missed hits? The ones where the person who stamped a bill doesn't enter it until after someone finds it and enters it first. Like this hit for drog2000. I assume drog2000 entered it after getting back home. Wow 50 km/hr! That's fast.)

I had e-mailed DR. the situation and details because when i entered originally it came up bill error and included that this is in our d-base and been entered prior to when i entered ?? can't remember exactly now what it said, but thats the real confusing story behind this

on where's willy they coined the term orphan bill where a person lost the hit & an anonymous user entered the bill.
I guess if another user enteres the bill it would be a lost hit.
& when you enter it after they enter it. I would almost think lost & found hit. LOL
I have had a lost & found hit. I spent some money at the four seasons. then the next day my mom won a 50/50 draw there & she got the bill & entered it.. week & a half later I found my paper with the serial numbers on it & entered it to find I was too late.

another option if you already entered the feg16***45 bill & have the full serial number
Enter the full serial number on the bills entered page.
It will say you have already entered this bill. with the full serial number. you can click on the bill & write down the Bill ID
That way you can see who hit the bill b4 you or after. which ever the case.
Good luck.

Okay, now I think I understand.

I gather that you dated your entry to when you actually received the bill. Since there were some problems on the site due to back dating entries, dr set limits to how far back you could put the date. I believe that it is six days. I think that he also put a smaller limit if the bill had been entered by someone else in between time.

Give Me Money

Yes, exactly but i think its seven days as to how far back you can take it,regardless i think time is expired.

I recieved bill Oct.8 and went to enter on Oct.12

Give Me Money

I thought of that too but figured it just wouldnt be right to give incorrect info.??, dont get me wrong though i would love to give a hit

If you still have it in your possession, the day you got it is unimportant..IF it has been spent already make a note in the bill comments about when you had the bill…
