Well, it was hard to pass up the opportunity to join. My boyfriend got a 5 with the stamp on it (I think it was Pooga's) which led us to this site. I got to snooping around, and decided I'd become thoroughly addicted before I'd even signed up! So here I am… batten down the hatches.

Oh yeah, and I'd rather use cash anyway. Sadly, I tend to feel more broke whenever I do. Yet, I'm afraid I'll start spending too much money now, just to get my bills out.

We've had 2 gatherings so far. Check the older messages in the Provinces:Central area (Early February and mid-March). Another one will undoubtedly be held. We have a great time talking about money and this site.

Sounds like you'll add panache to that group. The Saskatoon group carries a certain cachet for the site. At the end of it all, at least you'll have been exposed to bagpipes. They're used for accelerating group energy and motivation. In a previous generation Pooga sold encyclopedias or Fuller brushes I am convinced. Welcome to the site. Its full of interesting people.
