Does this happen to anyone else?

I've been getting a lot of worn bills lately from the bank. Each payday I go and ask for a specific number of bills of most denom's, twenties, tens, fives. Most are quite ragged and need to be taped up.

I find that it happens in cycles. Getting a lot of bad ones right now, but before Christmas, mostly new , or very good condition.

I have been noticing that myself. Although mine don't need medical treatment. I think it's the ANT, HNB and the ANS series that I seem to get and they are still crisp. They must have printed up a bunch of them before the new 5's came out.
On the subject of new fives, I've been noticing that even some of them along with the new ten's are quite ragged looking as well. I drive cab in kitchener and I get alot of bills. Since I've started on this site, I've been paying more attention to serial #'s.
