CMT not on media yet ?

I thought that I heard of money tracking before I found this site. Was CMT never in the paper or anything? Maybe there is a reporter as member around? Just a thought …

Yes, there has been some media about CMT.

I see that maxpower01 heard about us on CBC radio. kimberlite found out from the Web Junkie on canada.com. Pooga and MmmBeer found links on the Canadian Paper Money website. meangene79 saw an article in the Regina paper.

The site was on CTV's Web Mania a few years ago. Articles have been written in Edmonton with Serotonin's help and Saskatoon with Pooga's.

dr has also done some radio interviews on stations in Calgary and Edmonton.

dr is interested in tracking the natural flow of money and therefore doesn't search for publicity.

I found an article on this site in The Winnipeg Sun, can't remember when, but then I got a bill with BANKCOLLECTOR'S stamp on it, joined and gave him a hit (think thats what you call it) and have been coming back ever since. I think it is great.

everything i've read by dr on this site is that he wants any growth to be slow and sustainable. advertising or using cheap gimmicks flies in the face of that.

I think Rudyk is right. If this site would be advertised, maybe it would get unmanagable by dr. From what I heared so far, he is just working on it as a hobby. It is a great site and it is very well kept up. That must be a lot of work already.

Oh boy do I remember that! It scared me half to death. dr has quite the sence of humour.

I loved the joke… he sure had everyone's hearts pounding… it was more like a horror movie to some… lol

Think I just about s**t when that one came out…..I looked for at least five minutes before i even considered an April fools joke..

Heh, I plotted for two years on that April Fools joke. I actually meant to do it the year before but ended up being away with the Army or something I think. In any case, thanks for bringing that up again, Poogo… it makes me laugh everytime I see it.
