Maybe anonymous is a Coroner, and the bill was in some-BODYs pocket!

Seems like a lot of bills blowing in the wind and floating in the waters!! How come I never find any of these bills????O.K. I know I live in the middle of the dry prairies, but even in our wind I know I could stop one of those flying bills!!!

yes sarge that is morbid. and I can verify my whereabouts for that day. really!!! honest. i did not do it.

I did have that same thought about how anonymous ended up with the money.

I found my $10 bill blowing down 12th Avenue, downtown Regina. (Right in front of one of our twin towers.)
