Ok i need a little help…Im having a bit of an issue with my score and i dont know what it is. My score on my box when you login is about 26 points ahead of my profile. My profile score keeps going down…no matter what i do and i havent been doing anything different lately then i normally do. As a result i am moving down on the score list, and people are passing me. Is this normal….because the box when i log in has always matched up with my profile score….not on the scoring list, but it hasnt in the last week or two. And my profile score has always been reasonably close to the score page…its never been 26 points off. What should i do or what am i doing wrong?!?!?
my first suggestion is that when you do not enter banknotes in a 24 hour period, your score will go down on each daily update. from an examination of your entries, you last entered a note on Dec 5th. your score would then decrease on the 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th. i believe that if you would make an entry today, you would recoup your lost points. (or so is MY understanding of the way it works…)
i also understand that there is an acknowledged difference in the scores list number and what appears on your login page or profile. this involves WHEN the points page is updated each day.

You must enter a bill each day or your score goes down…Your score on your profile never matches your score on the score board…
more than a bill a day when you are higher up. a bill a day does not work for me anymore. my score keeps going down that way. not sure how many now.
I think what Insane is saying is he has been entering bills (more than 1 a day) one Dec 7 he had 1772 bills entered and a score of 617.8998 on Dec 8 entered 1773 score of 611.??? and today 1784 with 4 more hits than on Dec 7 and his score is 611.3533??? But if you look at his bills entered it says Dec 5th, I don't know if this is back dated bills, but would that matter??? Seems he is going backwards with bills entered and hits??? I know if I back date a bill( Can't always get home in time) I see a difference in my score!
JUst to prove I point I checked out only Hoggs and CJ's both scores are almost the same .00 something difference and Hoggs hasn't been on yet today. Yet Myself for example can log on and add 3, 4 times a day and still be 10+ points difference from score to profile. Scoring doesn't mean lots to me but when one of your kids questions the rules and things don't add up, what can I say?? I have had this brought to my attention and have been watching lately, I don't think replying to the forum has much to do with it. Most of it is idle chitchat and I don't want to repeat the message ahead of me, so only answer ones pertaining to me,or of importance to me…do I loose points for this??
I don't post that much and I don't think you loose points for not posting but I am not sure..
Most days I only add a bill or two a day, and after adding my bills my score is approximately 10 points lower than my profile shows..This seems to be constant..
Ok but what i am not understanding is that i am entering everyday, but yet it says im only entering since this date and havent enetered in 3 days. Whats up with that?? and then my score goes down even tho i have been enetering??
well, i'm at a loss… unless the date is incorrect on your bills entry page. even if it isn't, i'd try typing in the current date when you make your entry. if that fails, you may have to contact the site admin.
(although it looks like you made entries today that were recorded as the correct date…)
It happens to me often- I'll be checking my hits and then look at my little stats square on the home page and it says I haven't had a hit in three days- as if!
Then when entering bills, once I've reached my limit, it allows me to enter another 20 bills or so. (not complaining…)
I'm assuming these are just growing pains, and all will be looked after in the new release.
The last hit is only the last one that was hit….If it was back dated it shows your last hit as whenever it was back dated to, which may be 3 days ago even though you have had hits today as well…
