Well its like this-it was cold- very cold, yes very cold and the bills where stuck together like glue.
if you want any more details on this, you will need to stand on the cornor and take your own notes- my pen froze up- recall it was very cold , so was unable to take down anymore details for you on this matter , it was so cold my hip flask of JD was like Ice~lol
