Saskatoon CMT Coffee Club - Dec 16 mins.

A little slow on the minutes this week – a good yarn takes time to spin.

Attending were wally69me - Idgit - Dr. JD Fever - gouche92 - BDKINGSTON - BANKCOLLECTOR - and me JerBear.

Wally came in with a big sheepish grin on his face that never left. Wonder what's going on in his life ???

Lets put our hands together for Idjit as he was kind enough to buy the donuts.Thanx Big Guy

Gouche92 showed up with bags full of stamps. Much time was spent stamping bills, donut boxes and anything that got in the way. Very nice stamps, clean sharp and the red ink is vibrant ! Lately his wife is not very impressed as the stamp making machine is on the dining room table. We all thought it would make a nice center piece for the xmas season.

Wally is still smiling !

BANKCOLLECTOR announced that he would be giving out a few distilled spirits at the next meeting so you don't want to miss out on this one. He "may" also have some personal news to share. We tried to get him to post something controversial in the forums but he just wouldn't bite. lol

BDKINGSTON introduced us to the owner of our favorite coffee house (no names will be used to protect the innocent - a very classy, friendly, successful women ) she flashed around one of my $20.00 bills that a customer had brought in. No hits on it yet ~grin. We asked if we could get our own coffee bench this summer and it may become a reality. BD was a busy man this meeting, cell phone ringing and even a commissioner tracking him down with some old business. Just when you think your retired you're not.

For show and tell Idgit brought one of his latest toys. A LED flashlight, about 4 inches long housed in brushed aluminum. Wow our eyes all popped out like kids on xmas morning. A great tool with a JerBear Kool Factor Rating 9 out of 10. Idjit also shared some his stories and views of tracking money. He is deeply devoted and dedicated to the site.

Did I mention that Wally has a big grin on his face.

Well mstiggs looks like you have next Thurs off and we are all looking forward to you showing up – no excuses now.

We were all happy to see that dr found some time out of his busy schedule to get some new prefixes entered and are all looking forward to the release of the new version. Sometimes we forget the amount of work, time and cost it takes to maintain the best money tracking site on the internet. Yes and its free to us. Thanx dr – send him an email or two or three or four.

Last but not least I wanted to thank everyone that offered me a ride to the coffee meeting and pick up my car. What a great bunch of people.

Ah yes I caught a ride with JD to pick up my car – but first a side trip to Peavy Mart for socks, yes socks, work socks, big long wooly work socks, JD you don't work so why all the work socks ?? I hope santa brings a lot of JD bottles to fill them. ~grin Thanx for the ride dude.

To clarify the point on the sox, with Santa coming very soon,I hang them up to be filled with lumps of coal. Wool work sox hold lots of coal, with the coal I keep warm and so does my JD. If you had been paying attention in the other threads you would have recalled my hip flask of JD froze while out with my lady acquaintances. So now you have the rest of the story- still do not know why Wally69me had that grin thou- Time will tell I Guess?

I just started to follow this forum. That was very impressive minutes JerBear. Do you always do the minutes? Good job anyway and Merry Christmas.

In answer to your question Scramic – We have all taken turns doing the minutes. You may have noticed that BC did some at the same time I was doing mine. I do believe that Dr. JD Fever has never done them so it will be his turn next week. Looking forward to seeing something "original" from him.

Yes I'm coming and I even changed Wed nights plans to Thurs night just so I could be there.

JERBEAR THREE MEETINGS BACK WE VOTED YOU THE OFFICIAL MINUTES MAN. NOW DO NOT BE GIVING THE DUTY TO JD IT IS HARD ENOUGH TO UNDERSTAND HIM IN HIS DRUNKEN STUPOR. LEAVE THE MINUTES IN YOUR OWN HANDS AS WE ALL FEEL YOU DO THEM JUSTICE.
