Actually, this thing is like art; once it's released to the world, it's out of your hands. The hits will come whether you like it or not. Even if we stopped issuing bills, the hits will still come from those bills already out there.

I know how you feel, though. Those who remember when I started will recall how I argued (whined) that it wasn't fair that there was no way for new people to compete with those who had bills out there for a while. The only way is to vomit out 100's of bills and hope that you can catch up on volume alone. This is great if you have access to zillions of bills and are crazy (like me) enough to sit in front of a computer 'till the wee hours of the morning.
This is why I really don't spend too much time on the CMT score. As I've said before, I've set my own goals and I'm busy working towards those.

Don't get me wrong, I appreciate the fine tuning DR has done to the CMT scoring. I think it is way better than it was, but I actually get more enjoyment meeting people on the site (and 'gatherings') than I do tracking stats. We have some very interesting people that visit here, and 90% of the fun is the good-natured ribbing and teasing that happens on the boards.

As for the 700 club, hang in there, you are doing great!

Isn't the '700 club' some place where Air Force personnel go to drink?

It's a bug.. The list(s) show the same for 1-10 and 11-20. Thats why you're in 20th & 40th!
