Well I've been here a little more than a week and it sure has been fun, still waiting for first hit. My question is that obviously a stamp works best, thats how I found out about this site and it was on the front of the bill. I have no stamp and have been writing on the bills, just the website address. Where is the best place to put the address to get noticed, until I get a stamp? Also, did everyone just make up a stamp or are they available some how? Thanks and watch for my bills!!!
Everyone pretty much creates their own stamp.
There are a few ways to go about to get a stamp.
One is Staples or Office Depot. Another is looking in the Yellow Pages of the phone bok under rubber stamps & go there.
one final way.. And I am not sure who it is. A user from Saskatoon has his own rubber stamp making kit. ( machine )

Any way you do it. you kind have to decide on a saying you want.
I have "Money Trcking Study"
some people have a problem with the word Study.. some people think it is a good idea.
I use my printer to print messages on my bills. This way I can print anything I want on my bills. Works pretty good. I also have a stamp that I got made at the local newspaper office.
Send a private message to Gouche92, he can make a stamp with the caption you request…And I must add, they are good..
just a word of caution from a grumpy old teller…
if you plan on writting on the bill, make sure its done neatly, as we tend to send scribbled bills to the mute pile.

Stamps are definitely better than writing, mostly for the reason that J-Lynn gives. Plus, it's faster and easier to stamp than to write.
I tend to stamp in the 'blank' areas of the bill so I'm not covering up anything important and so it stands out a little. I figure that the bill will last longer in circulation if you aren't stamping the Queen's face.

Hi GreenskeeperWilly! I've been a member since mid-July, have entered 1930 bills and have 111 HITs. I've hand-printed every bill! I now print across the top front edge…unless part of it is missing. Got 7 HITs today!
Couldn't view any bills, says unable to view on this server, oh well.

I guess you get more hits when you stamp the front and back. I still feel strange to stamp the front, so only do the back. Greenskeeperwilly, good luck to you. So you get your first hit soon :)
I print the web site on the front to get the peoples attention. Just one line. Curiosity usually makes them turn it over and find the big message. With my stamp I do both sides in a bare spot.
