New $5 prefix (HOC)

This bill was printed in 2002 and it won't let me enter it. I have about 8 bills with the same prefix to enter, they are crisp from the bank. I will send an email to dr .

I got a five from the bank today with the same prefix, nice and crisp as well.

Must be new…
