Radar note?????

Got a radar note and went to that site to have a look, don't have a clue??? Wrote on it of course, what should I do next, send it back out or what????

if you've written, stamped or otherwise marked the note it would have very little value beyond face to most collectors. indeed, unless it was uncirculated, it wouldn't have been worth much in any case.

OK, it was in pretty rough shape anyways, guess I'll have to send it on its way.
