When I enter my bills I sometimes forget to change the postal code to the place where I actually got the bill. It's my own fault for typing too fast or forgeting, but it would be great if we could correct the postal codes incase we make a mistake. If this is possible to add onto the next version of this site I would be very appreciative. Thanks - Just a Thought

I think you can, check in your profile (edit preferences)
Most people actually enter their home postal code.
Mstigss :) you are being helpful, but unfortunately the correcting of postal codes he meant was after a bill was entered to change it. to the location he received the bill.
What LC is talking about is correct. I receive most of my bills where I work, which is in a different city than where I live. So in my case it doesn't make sence to put in my home postal code for a bill that was never there. Do other people do this, or am I an odd ball with this one?
To work & live in 2 different cities you must have 1 hell of a commute.
If most of your bills are the other city you can change the default postal code in your profile to the postal code where you do enter your bills.
Instead of entering each different location's postalcode of where you got the bill. just use the postal code where you enter the bills. (work if that be the case.)
Then if you head home & you are there for the weekend or something .. get money just change the postal code.
I hope this helps. Only time I change the postal code is if I go on a trip & get money places other than Regina. then to show it's travels with me I try to find a postal code of where I got the bills, Usually on a receipt.
I don't think I actually have any hits on any of these few bills that I entered with postal codes other than my home postal code.
I just always use my home postal code as I'm never too far from there.
That is a good comment LC. I never thought about it, but when I go on vacation and get money somewhere else, I will enter it with the Postal Code from there. I too only use the postal code from at home. I guess if work and home is in the same city, it does not matter that much.

Not hard to do. My cousin works in downtown Toronto and has an one hour train ride each way, every day.
Heck, we have people at the brewery who drive in 30-40 km every day!
And back on topic, I use my home PC, except when I am out of the city completely.
I have a 45 min drive each way, but I work shift work, so it's not every day. As for the postal codes, I try to get them for the exact places I got the notes, which is not always that easy (Canada Post & yellowpages sites are great for finding them). By doing that, sometimes I forget to change them from place to place. One of the other sites WW gives you the option to change the postal code only once after entering the bill, and the bill description as many times as you need to.
Thanks for the replies.
