I have been desperatly searching for a fair evaluation of a sheet of 1973 Bank of Canada - One Dollar Notes (40 notes on a 8x5 format). The sheet features a BFK prefix with 10 RADAR NOTES on the one sheet, 2 of which are 2-digit radars. Also included are 2 more (non radar) 2-digit notes. I would really like somebody to give me an idea of what this is worth. So I can decide if it's worth: appraising, securing, insuring and/or selling?

$150…lol. Even the standard sheets are worth that. After all, what are the odds of this happening? How many of these sheets would exist? I will guess at some numbers here a little bit….I heard there were about 80,000 fo these sheets sold (this issue) X 40 notes to a sheet = 3,200,000 notes. Chance's of a radar are 1/1,000. So there would be about 3,200 radar notes on all the sheets or 320 radar sheets(assuming the rare chance they all came out in 10's). Also, you have to consider that all of these notes were not released in sequencial order, so the radar odds could be signifantly higher? I am really curious what the odds would be?
I have heard around $600 elsewhere, but that still seems low considering all the radars (and the 2-digits).This sheet is Unc. in the original tube. Not faded from being framed & displayed (like the only other radar sheet I have seen).

Have you checked out the Canadian Paper Money site and posted there?
Somebody might be willing to commit to a value there.
If you had BAX it be like $900
the rest are "listed" as $275 but I know somone who got one for $150ish
