Accidentally submitting before ready / comments field size

I've just started out here, but already I've accidentally submitted three bills before entering the bill condition and comments. Could there be a confirmation dialog which asks if you are ready to submit? I realize that some people are adding so many bills at a time that this could be a nuisance to them. Maybe we could have the option of enabling the confirmation dialog box?

Also, there have been a couple of my comments that were cut off because they were too lengthy. I don't know if it is possible, but could you limit the amount of characters that can be entered into the comments field to coincide with the number that you allow us to store?

CIRCLESKY: Those are both pretty good suggestions and I will try and see about implimenting them for the next minor release (probably in a week or so). The system currently doesn't force you to enter the condition or comments because I don't want people to just fill them with jibberish just to submit the bill. I have accidentally submitted early a couple of times myself, but of course, I can simply modify the database manually. :)
