Too bad about Creemore Springs. I always made a point of drinking it instead of the other stuff when I was in the Borden-Barrie Ont area.

Actually, it's http://www.darngoodbeer.ca/, and the website changes depending on what you enter for a postal code. CHANGE THE 'darn' TO "d a m n", NO SPACES. D A M N THESE LANGUAGE FILTERS!

These are the new terrors of the industry. They are cutting into everyone's business, as they are charging a heck of a lot less. (They are not in Saskatchewan… yet)

A couple of young people, they get all their beer brewed and packaged in the states, then ship it here. This was only possible with the rise in the Canadian dollar over the past couple of years.

I will drink the Micro beers myself instead of the big name brands. I perfer Big Rock to either Molsons or Labatts. Is Big Rock still considered a Micro Brewery? Or do they have a large enough buisness to move to the big leagues.

I'd like to try Creemore Springs. Does anyone know if it's available outside of Ontario?

It's considered a regional, like Great Western and Sleemans.

Not yet, but since it's now Molsons, it soon will be.

My sister lives in Barrie, which is fairly close to Creemore. My brother in law and I took a brewery tour there last summer. It is a great beer. Recently, Creemore had come out and said that if the keg in the bar was over 90 days old, they'd replace it. Apparently they got some complaints about it going skunky. I can't see Molson's doing that.
