$10 2005 series

I have added a new series (2005) for the $10 notes and updated the prefixes that I know about. If I've missed some, please reply here.

Sorry for the huge delay with the admin… I have been busy with my regular job (I was in YYZ for a week in the middle of June) and I have another project I am trying to finish up for the start of July.

I have a bunch of FEP $10 bills as well. Just to be on the safe side I have e-mailed dr as I didn't see a mention of it here….

I think FEP has been entered as a $5 prefix instead of a $10. I just tried entering it as a $5, and it worked.
