new prefix FEP new 10's

ok I emailed dr now to make up 25 characters so it accepts this.

FEP is being recognized as a $5 note instead of a $10

Not sure where this thread is going but I have 2-$10.00 notes (with the FEP prefix) recieved at different Medicine Hat locations awaiting entry.

This is also [re]fixed… this time properly. And all note entries should be appropriately changed also.

Thank you dr. I have not been a member of this site for very long–however I already appreciate the dedication it must take for you to maintain this awesome site.
