How Do I Submit My Picture?

Okay, I am stumped: How do I submit my picture for my profile?

I read all the advice that people have given others on the same topic, saying "it's down there, near the bottom of the page". But I can't find it.

Here, take a look at this screenshot I just took.

This is what my screen looks like in Internet Explorer 6. It looks the same in Opera 8.

Can anyone load this picture and show me where exactly the profile picture button is?

contact jerbear on this site he may be able to help you with your picture as he has help many of us with good pictures. he knows his stuff.

The option to add a picture should be right below the miscellaneous information section on your EDIT profile screen. According to your screen shot it definitely isn't there.

I am not 100% sure why it is not there for you but perhaps it might be because you still have the rank of NEWBIE. Once you have moved up to the next level, possibly two, this option may become available.

Can anyone else shed some light on why it doesn't appear for this user….

I'll ask dr, but that's what I was thinking as well.
