To help you get through the new version waiting period, I am going to put up the scans of everyone's bills. I am scanning bills as I write this. So keep checking back here for the URL of the page with everyone's bills. And I will be creating two pages: one which simply shows the scans, and the other that reveals whose bills each scan is.
