I WAS LOOKING AT BILLS WITH MOST HITS AND CAME ACROSS THIS ONE AND WAS WONDERING HOW THE PERSON WAS ABLE TO ENTER THE BILL MORE THAN ONCE AT THE SAME TIME? SHOWS 4 HITS FROM SAME PERSON?

I think it is something to do with the server.
the person only has to hit bill enter once. but when the server isn't responding properly it re-registers the same hit a few times. It may even be something with internet.
I know I have both done it & have it done with me. but usually with just 1 duplicate not 2.
