Just wanted to stop in and say hello to everyone. I read the article in the Saskatoon paper (SP) the other week about this site and "Money Tracking" and instantly wanted to do it.. I have always looked at my bills since I noticed yrs ago that someone had left a b-day wish on one, but never noticed one with a web addy on it… When I showed my roommate the article and told her that I would like to try it and see how many hands had touched a bill her first re-action was gross.. then she called me a geek oh well. Anyway this is me and a bit about how I got here.. almost forgot.. found, well received my first tracked bill last night.

Since you are in Saskatoon, I am shocked that you have never seen a marked bill! They are rather common here. Now start marking and entering your own bills to get into the swing of things. Once you tire of writing the URL on every bill, talk to us about a stamp!
Oh, and we do meet from time to time to discuss just about everything.
actually people that mark money are normal and everyone else is just plain weird. :o)

i am bankcollector from saskatoon and am thrilled to see another member in our great community. enter many bills and visit often … you only start with five bills per day as your limit but that will grow the longer that you stay and continue to visit. if you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask them here and i am sure you will be answered quickly. welcome aboard.
And of course, come join us for breakfast…we usually meet Thursday mornings between 6:45-9:00 a.m. There are about 8 who come and go during that time frame. Location, unless otherwise noted in the Saskatchewan forum page, is the Olympia restaurant on 2nd Ave.

I was also surprised that I had not seen one, since I do read notes on money.. I also have a friend that writes messages on them and have come across hers, but so far only the one tracker. will be entering soon.

Read the Central Provinces forum for information about the Thursday breakfasts. To track the forums click on the 'my' link above and then the 'Track Forums' link. There you can select which forums you want to follow.
When you first join only the Annoucements and the New Users forums are checked off. Be sure to select the 'Hits, hits, hits', 'General Discussion' and your local forum.
