I must have missed a message or two, but why would you want to put a five bill limit???? I wouldn't like that too much. If that was imposed i think I'd go to the other site full time!

That would be on NEW users only. The thought was that it could be a one month limit.

Read further in the thread, it refers to new users, to be put on a kind of probation period for a while. Everyone's throwing out ideas for what would have worked for them as a new user.

We had someone enter a bunch of invalid bills, then logon under a different user name and give themself a bunch of hits.

Ok I understand. I haven't tried this here but on the other site I can't enter the same bill twice on my computer even though I entered them under myself and then my friend (another cabbie) tried to enter it under his name as a legit hit because he received that same bill that night.
Some people are don't understand the concept of fair play!!
Oh well they need to get a life!!

Is there a way where a person cannot enter a bill under the same IP address within a certain amount of time. 10 days maybe.

I was going to suggest that also, but wasn't sure if it was possible with the layout DR has.
