Version 1.3.1 to be deployed tomorrow

I will be deploying a new minor release of the site tomorrow sometime. This release has some small changes to the way things work, such as the hit count on top users now includes all users with hits, not just the bill originator. I am also working on a system to increase the number of new users entering bills, via allowing anonymous bill entry without registering. This will be fully functional in the next major relase sometime in September, but for now there is a system to try and encourage registration. I've also added pop-up help for all the profile options so that you know what each option does. Again, as per normal, let me no if there are any problems with the new version once it's deployed.

Okay, version 1.3.1 is now live as of 1100h MDT. Let me know if there are any problems. And for those of you patiently waiting for the lat/longs that I've been promising… that is at the top of my list. I will be entering those before I do anything else. Since I've failed miserably on entering them, I'm not gonna make any promises as to an ETA, but I will try to get to entering them soonest.
