What is the criteria for the level ratings?

I was wondering how and/or when our level ratings change? Is it based on login frequency or something else? So far I only have one hit(YIPPEE!!!!!) but I always enter my bills when I get them(I have a small busness) so I don't get alot of cash daily. My logins are Weekly or Biweekly(depends on the cash flow). I guess I should E-mail dr but he seems a bit busy lately. Its a real bummer to only be able to enter 5 bills a day!

I agree. I login almost daily and enter bills when I get them but now I'll have to keep track on my own and enter the five I can each day. The business I work at does not have much cash flow, but right now I have five bills to record. By the length of time it took to be promoted to "Interested Newbie", I'll have a very long list to enter when (if?) I reach "User" status.
