I entered in the bill that I got and now i'm not sure how to "track" it to find out where it goes from here.

When someone else enters it you will recieve a hit.

Stick with the site also.. There for your user is not deleted. Keep entering bills, You should recieve an email when you get a 'hit'

But does the bill have to be stamped? and if so how can u get it stamped?

A bill does not have to be stamped if it happens to fall into the hands of a regular user you will get a hit, but if you want to increase your odds you have to stamp it or write on it. I still write on my bills but most users buy a stamp. You can come up with your own catchy saying or use one someone else uses that you like.
