Does anyone know what this is????? Please explain..

When dr takes one of your hits, like if someone enters your bill annonymously, then realized what the site is about, registers, then reenters the bill with thier user name. The annonymous hit is removed. I don't think it is working yet tho. I understand it is being acitvated in a future release.

It works.. Only your bills will be applied..

I guess I haven't lost any recently, and I can't see yours :-(
