I have two 1991 $20 bills. One has a number of 7354533, that is what I call close. The other bill 8548454. Can someone tell me if the second one is a radar or not? I came home after a long, hot, muggy, night and my brain is mush and I can't make heads or tales of anything. Thank you.

It took me way too long to figure out it wasn't a RADAR…;)
A Radar is a palidrome, a word or series of numbers or symbols which reads the same backwards as it does forwards. Like, MoM, DaD, RadaR, RacEcaR etc… I've been looking for one for a while but haven't found anything.
