Wow what a great afternoon in Saskatoon - Sunny and 13C. Looks like another BBQ day. Forecast for next week is plus temperatures as well. This will certainly shorten up our prairie winter.

A most excellent day……
And here I sit at work…..indoors……no windows….just missed the best day of fall!
well i like a nice day myself but could we have them in the summer and some of us need some snow to make payroll or help our bottom lines … pawnman are ya starvin yet our wheels gotta be turnin to make some money and with this weather they turn very slow. but yes it is a wonderful thing … last year we were snowed to stay by oct. and here it is nov. 20th. and we have only had two skiffs.
some of us need some snow to make payroll or help our bottom lines
And some of us will profit from the nice weather! No matter what happens now, this November has been my (the brewery that it) best ever. Shattered all our previous November sales, beginning in 1990.
so true so true one mans downfall is another mans windfall.do not worry in jan. when we have three feet of snow i will be a happy man plowing and many others will be hating the weather. your good november beer sales is all those american hunters taste testing your brew. glad to see sales are up for a sasktoon grown company. kick the big guys where it hurts in the pocket book.
Thanks for the kind words BC.
Jan-Feb-Mar are always loss months, so we need the good ones to tide us over.
Jan-Feb-Mar are always loss months
…sounds like an interesting problem. Maybe we can turn that trend around- how hard could it be? Anyone up for the challenge? :)
Sounds like a fun challenge…..
Yes, I know this isn't the Alberta forum.
I like to keep up with the Sask/Manitoba news, especially the weather. I read about the blizzard in Regina and the much worse one in Winnipeg.
There have been two snowfalls here, Nov. 2 and about a week or so ago. Long gone now with all the double-digit highs on the plus side.
JerBear…a neighbour down the street from me hasn't put his BBQ away yet,it's still on the sidewalk by his steps!
I keep my bbq out all winter.. :) I use it too!!

When it gets really cold I find I have to bring my tank "Gassie" indoors and warm him up before "Barney The BBQ" will work properly.
Hey mesmerize its great to see your enjoying some super great weather as well. I cannot believe the temps. Alberta is getting. Enjoy !
Get a natural gas BBQ and your worries are gone. No tank to worry about and runs in all weather. I converted years ago when those BBQ'S were special orders, now most places carry them in limited stock. I can see them going down in popularity if the N. gas prices continue to go up.
I as well BBQ all year round….
Don't all Canadians BBQ all year round?
No reason not to. I do, and just did thursday night!
BBQ at Wally's house Sunday night, after the game?!? I'm there!!!
LOL
Hey Wally have the patio heaters on and lots of JD I will be there also
Unfortunately….I won't. Gotta work you know…..Just clean up the mess before you all leave!
