tonight as I was entering bills I entered a bill and entered the wrong number and before I could stop myself pushing the enter I realized the mistake…it is a 5 dollar bill serial #HOH 7198**6 and I entered with a 5 instead of the 6. Is there anything I can do about it??
You can email Dr with the note S/N and the note ID number and when he gets time, he could correct it
enter the proper serial number.. email dr about the incorrect one to be removed..
it may never get done, cause it means very little 1 bill out of thousands entered.. such a small worth of points. almost no difference in hit %. and it is douftfull it will ever get a hit.
i'm with LC on this one. just enter the correct number and rest easy – it's only cheating if you KNOWINGLY enter a serial number not in your possession. as stated, it's unlikely to ever be hit and the amount it added to your score (if you are concerned about such things) is almost infinitessimal.
I did that once and emailed dr and he fixed it up.
