Bittersweet end to a dry spell

20 days I went without a hit. The longest dry spell I've had yet, and I was starting to get a complex. Finally ended today with hit # 14. I was pretty excited (you all know the feeling I'm sure) and decided to read the forums first before looking at the details of the hit, sort of like a kid saving that big gift under the tree for last. Nothing is as anticlamactic as getting a hit with absolutely no comments!! Why? Auuuuuughhhhh!

better a hit with no comment than a comment without a hit.

very true, very true, but its still like having turkey with no cranberry sauce - nice, but not quite the same…

but now I'm confused….can you get a comment without a hit? (apart from forums)

We get lots of comments that we don't know about when someone notices a marked note and says something about it but does not enter the note on the site….
