Do I have to be 16?

I posted a message in the help forum saying that all my personal info and how much i have entered does not show up. I only got 2 responses. They both said I had to be 16 or have parents permission. I'm 14 so How do i go about getting my parents permission and getting it changed?

I got my perants permission and than emailed Dr that I did.. He trusted me. Maybe get you mom to email him? I have no clue
