I've come across a 2004 series $20 with one digit missing on the left side. Is this something a collector might be interested in, or should I mark it and spend it? It's in EF condition.

PM coming your way…..
And condition is?……I have a five in UNC with a missing digit…value $100.00 See pic.http://groups.msn.com/preciousfriday/shoebox.msnw?action=ShowPhoto&PhotoID=67
It's in EF condition.
According to 2003 Charlton, value set at $100.00.
Even in EF condition? Are 2004 bills mentioned in the 2003 version?
No, but 2004 bills there may be a change in value.
Then again, it might be only worth face value if someone deliberately removed the digit with the household chemical that is capable of doing just that…
what household chemical will remove the ink from money?
